  2. Thank you and congrats to the winners. I am ready for spring. The weather's been weird. We've already hit 70 last week and this week we going to be in the 60s all week. Seems like winter never really came.

  9. Hi everyone! I'm SO ready for spring! We live in Alberta and a couple weeks ago we got about 2.5 feet of the white stuff so it feels as if spring is never going to get here. Also ready for spring as I'm a spring baby, which means all my family get together and we go out for a nice meal and lots of laughs, good times

  11. Congrats to all the winners.

The temperatures have been down right weird here this week. One day we were at 80F and then 2 days later we had 50F and rain and wind. I for one am staying home and relaxing with a book and a cup of hot chocolate. lol

  12. Congrats to all the winners!

Hope that everyone had a relaxing, enjoyable St. Patrick's Day! I know I did, but it was also filled with laundry lol..

Kim--- you always have such amazing pictures on this blog. I don't know if it's b/c you live in an amazing setting, but man... they are gorgeous!

Everyone enjoy the rest of your weekends! We are having some weird weather too, but not in a bad way. Just unseasonably warm and it looks like we are going to have spring showers early. Unfortunately, with the way things are going, we are going to skip spring and head right into steamy summer.

  13. Thank you! Congrats and happy reading to all!

Our weather has been topsy-turvy with no winter to speak of. Just when we are suppose to be in the bitter end of winter, the eastern andsouthern half of the US is experiencing 70's and 80's. Our weather has been breaking records with low to mid 80's this past week.

I'm ready - busy planning what will be planted in the garden(s) this summer!

  19. Kim,

I hope you had a great stree-free vacation with your picfamily! Thanks for sharing all the pictures!

Congratulation to all the winners. What a great way for starting off Spring!

My favorite thing about Spring is being able to go outside to read and being able to see all the Spring wild flowers blooming in our yard. To me Spring signifies not only the end of a long cold winter but of renewal but also is a time to renew my goals and challenge myself to not only learn more about myself but to think of what I can do to help others. Every Spring I clean out my closets and with every box I pack whether it's clothes or household items I don't think of it as "cleaning out" but instead of helping someone who otherwise would have to do without.

We have a wonderful chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters in our State that comes and pick up the boxes and have let me know how much they appreciate being to help not only the young children but the teenagers and families as well. I think we all end up with those appliances that we find our families growing up and moving out that we don't need anymore and what a great way to "down-size" and clean-up than to give it to someone who otherwise would do without.

  20. Thanks so much for the win and congrats to everyone else too.

It's been wonderful weather - some spring rain but that is fine with me because it's so pleasant outside. Everyone's daffodils are blooming and what isn't flowering, is budding and getting ready. All in all it's been a wonderful year for weather!

Spring is here in the South (Georgia) and I am enjoying working in my yard. Blubs up, scrubs and trees blossoming and everything covered in yellow pollen. lol Bad time for allergies but great for nature.

  22. Congratulations to all the lucky winners and happy reading! So glad you had such a wonderful vacation with the family. It's hard to believe it's Spring because we hardly had any winter. Have already been dealing with allergy issues for a month - swollen eyes, foggy head, tired and the only thing I'm ready for is for that to be over! Having said that, I do love Spring with the re-birth of nature's best.
