Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii! Let's celebrate that our flight from Honolulu to Kona was picturesque plus ...
... the last two boxes from RWA arrived!
... I am enjoying Heather Snow's SWEET DECEPTION!
... and I lost 6 pounds on Weight Watcher!
So there was no need to send in the flying monkeys!
How about you - how was your week?
Mahalo,
Kim in Hawaii

Wow! Congrats on the weight loss, that requires a lot of focus and dedication! Don't get too close to the lava but have a great time on the Big Island.
ReplyDeleteFriday was sheer hell! My external corrupted some files on my external, notes to my stories, and some home photos. I'm scanning for bad sectors and system errors. I need something good.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on losing six pounds. I'm just glad it's the weekend.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your 6 pounds! On Tuesday I'm leaving for Latvia in order to visit my family & renew my documents. This week I had a lot of prep works to, but hopefully I'll get enough rest while I'm there.

Congrats!
ReplyDeleteHmmm... My week is good. :) Read some good books!
Love the flying monkeys quote...
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read Sweet Deception. Heather's Sweet Enemy was so good. My week has been a good one--traveling, enjoying cooler weather and reading.
This past week, I've been battling with an upper respiratory infection, and a terrible cough. Needless to say, I've been doing a lot of reading.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you and your boys are having a lovely time at the big Island.
Congratulations on your weight loss. Take care, :-)
The week was fine....went out to dinner with my mom and sisters for my sister's birthday and that is always a lot of fun. Enjoy the weekend!
ReplyDeleteMy week has been pretty good. Nothing fun or exciting. Just relaxing. :)
ReplyDeleteWish I knew how to gain some weight too, :( . My week has been fine since my oldest brother came home for a visit after almost 3 years.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your weight loss - good job!! My week was so-so. I had a sinus headache all week and did not get anything accomplished. It was also my first week at home after spending the last three months on the road with my husband - and I miss him!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on losing 6 lbs! My week was spent sick, I currently have a sinus infection, which is also causing my vertigo to be worse. Hopefully the medication will clear it up quickly.
ReplyDeleteYay!! Happy for you, Kim. My week was okay. Waiting to see the Dr next week to see what is wrong with me. I think I may have arthritis, but oh, well. Other than being in pain, I am having a good week. Glad you received the rest of your books too. :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats, that's awesome.
ReplyDeleteI've been having a horrible week. So much family drama.
Congrats! It was busy.
ReplyDeleteYay for weight loss! :) As for my week, it has just been a typical work week for me, not much going on lol...
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!! great job on losing 6 pounds..I walked every day last week!
ReplyDeletegood for you on the 6 Pounds! Weight Watchers really does seem to work!
ReplyDeleteKim -
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your weight loss! Wow, I'm impressed with your 6 pound loss! I've been on my "downward" journey for years after having two surguries within a few years of each other and am thrilled when I love when I loss a half pound in a month! It's been a long journey down but after 15 years I'm within 5 pounds of my goal! The only drawback is my husband isn't happy that I have to keep buying clothes because I don't have anything to wear to work that fits! Consignment shops have become my best friend!
The most important thing I've learned is that slow and easy going down is better than gaining! Good luck on your "journey" and if you ever get discouraged just let me know!
Sounds like the stars were aligned for you this week =) Glad your trip to the big island went well!
ReplyDeleteMahalo Kim, watching Hawaii 5-0 season 2, (love alex!) i have finished until 11 episodes, and read a books too.:D
