The Boy Scouts' popcorn sales are underway! Our troop had a successful sale last weekend - the proceeds will fund new tents! If you would like to support the Scouts, check out this link to popcorn sales.
Speaking of Boy Scouts, we mourn one of its biggest supporters in the Dayton area. Dorothy Niebes, a family friend, recently died at age 89. Her husband, Flash, worked at Wright Patterson Air Force Base while she worked for the county schools. They raised three Eagle Scouts while serving the local community. Dorothy adored my children and often sent them puzzles and cartoons in the mail. Dorothy was one-of-a-kind. We celebrate her life!

I like buttered popcorn, but cheese flavored is a close second.

ReplyDeleteI don't like popcorn myself, it's so squeaky when you bite into it. My sister is a big fan of the stuff and loves it covered in sticky caramel.

I love the Big Bang Theory but don't always catch the new ones but watch loads of repeats to the point that I can recite half the lines lol. I like either plain popcorn or the caramel kind that you find in Cracker Jacks!
ReplyDeleteLove the Big Bang Theory!!!!! Ummm... I don't like popcorn. Weird, I know. My whole family loves it and I even dislike the smell. So when we would watch movies as a family, I'd be sitting alone at the opposite side of the living room!
