A former SEAL and Black Ops specialist who left the CIA, Nick Donovan gave up a life on the edge to work in the private sector. But that didn't stop his enemies from coming after him—or his family. One minute Jennifer Grayson is housesitting and the next she's abducted to a foreign brothel. Jennifer is planning her escape when her first "customer" arrives. Nick, the man who broke her heart years ago, has come to her rescue. Now, as they race for their lives, passion for each other reignites and old secrets resurface. Can Nick keep the woman he loves safe against an enemy with a personal vendetta?

I house sat once for 10 days when I was in college while also taking care of the couple's 4 year old daughter while they did another leg around the world on their sailboat. It was so much fun!

ReplyDeleteI've never house sat.
ReplyDeleteI have never house sat a home but I have heard funny tales.
ReplyDeleteYes, when I was younger. Yes, something did happen. I totally freaked out to. The house I was staying at had a hot tub. One night, I guess some water got into the wiring which cause a short circuit. So, the water didn't heat anymore and I didn't know why. Basically I was told that I could have been electrocuted. Good times.
ReplyDeleteI have never house sat. Love the covers!
ReplyDeleteNever house sat but I would not mind having a house sitter when we are gone on long trips.
ReplyDeleteNo but we had someone do it for us when we had our dog - burnt a hole in our rug and ate us out of house and home.
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't
ReplyDeleteI used to house sit for my sister many years ago, when we were both single and she would travel. Nothing too exciting ever happened during those times.
ReplyDeleteI used to house-sit for my boss who had umpteen cats. Not being used to sharing my bed with so many furry people, I accidentally knocked one out of bed...and giggled as I listened to her go through the house and hiss and growl at the other cats!
ReplyDeleteI have never had the opportunity to house sit but I saw something on television about people who house sit some really amazing houses and it looked like fun.
