  11. I would add the latest novel from the Pennyroyal Green series, Between the Devil and Ian Eversea. I love Julie Anne Long's novels and this was no exception :)

  16. Happy New Year to you, Kim! As for my fave historical in 2014 there were so many I cannot name just one. But I am just finishing up an anthology that I have enjoyed tremendously...every single one of the seven Regency romances in this anthology have been superb, and that's saying a lot! Thanks for the interesting question. BTW, I'm so glad you've shared your list of favorites...there were two that I did not have and I went promptly to Amazon and got them!   17. Great picks, at least I have added a few of them to my TBR list. I read a lot of sci-fi/fantasy this year and am really feeling like a good HR. Christmas time does that to me. :) I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas!!

  21. It's actually been a while since I read a historical romance that I liked but I started out reading them when I was first introduced to romance books and I always loved Elizabeth Hoyt.

  22. Not your typical historical romance, but I really like MK McClintock's books - she writes about the "Wild West" and "Victorian British Iles". I also enjoy Karen Ranney and Sue-Ellen Welfonder.
