Aloha to Rebecca York and BETRAYED

18509677

How about some eye candy for Independence Day?  Or a sizzling story from the legendary Rebecca York?  She is celebrating the release of BETRAYED, Book 2 in the Rockfort Security series ...

To Trust...
Rockfort Security operative Shane Gallagher has been brought into S&D Systems to find a security leak. Confidential information has been stolen, and Shane suspects Elena Reyes, a systems analyst with the access and know-how to pull it off. As he finds excuses to get close to her, their attraction is too strong to ignore, but how can Shane trust the very woman he's investigating?

Or Not to Trust
Elena has spent her life proving herself, but now she's risking it all: everything she's worked for, and her growing feelings for Shane. Much as she wants to trust the devastatingly sexy, hard-as-nails investigator, she can't let herself fall for him...the stakes are too high.

I am giving away a print copy of BETRAYED to one randomly selected commenter.  To enter the giveaway,

  3. I'm having a very small BBQ, my nephew, cousin and maybe my sister and her husband are coming over. We did want to use the pool but the weather has dropped in the low 70's so the water is cold again..

  9. I'm afraid hubby and I have no plans for the 4th. :-( All of our six kids have their own celebrations--all of them but one out of state. We watch the fireworks on TV wherever there is a display...used to be the Boston Pops concert. July 6 is our anniversary and we are celebrating that day for sure...with breakfast out and a lovely seafood dinner in a nice restaurant by the Sacramento River. Thanks for asking, Kim! jdh2690@gmail.com

  10. I think my day will be used catching up with my blogging while trying to stay cool. I might visit some family for a BBQ, not sure about that yet. In the evening, I'll meet up with my brother-in-law and nephews to go check out the local firework show. My work is opening up the top of the parking garage for a party and good viewing location. All I really know is that I'm glad I have the day off of work. :)

  13. We're staying home this year and just watching the fireworks in the neighborhood. Our manager bought $100 worth of fireworks and so we'll be able to see those and all the illegal ones that always go off in the neighborhood.
