I met Sharon Hamilton at last year's RT Booklovers Conference in New Orleans. She is a positive force in Romanceland. From her bio,
Sharon Hamilton is a NYT and USAToday bestselling author most known for her SEAL Brotherhood series.
Her Golden Vampires of Tuscany are not like any vamps you've read before, since they don't have to go to ground and can walk around in the full light of the sun.
Sharon's Guardian Angels struggle with the human charges they are sent to save, often escaping their vanilla world of Heaven for the brief human one. You won't find any of these beings in any Sunday school class.
All of Sharon's books are available on eBooks (most formats), print and Audible.
A lifelong organic gardener, Sharon lives with her husband in the Wine Country of Northern California, where most of her stories take place. When she's not writing, she's getting verra verra dirty in the mud or wandering Farmer's Markets looking for new Heirloom varieties of vegetables and flowers.
Sharon is represented by Jill Marsal at the Marsal Lyon Literary Agency.

Danny Begay has tried to drive out the voices of his ancestors for most of his young life, but the life springing from his Navajo roots will not die. He is summoned back to Arizona to visit his dying grandfather, one of the original Navajo Code Talkers. Ashamed he has disappointed his hero grandfather he buries himself one more time in the arms of a stranger before he goes back to his home in Northern California.

We have several farmers markets in San Diego county. There is a really nice one on Wed afternoons down by the beach. And there is a small one in walking distance from our house that we go to every so often.
ReplyDeletewe have a small local farmer's market on Saturday's, but I tend to just go to farm stands that are open more hours.
ReplyDeleteThere is one by here, but I haven't shopped there in a while.
ReplyDeleteAll the towns in this area have their own farmer's market. The one in our small town in NE TN has several vendors that specialize in organic produce and heirloom varieties. I love the one in Asheville, NC. that my daughter goes to. I need to stay very far away from it. I always come home with more baked goods than I should. We have our own garden, but don't grow everything we use. Luckily, some of our grocery stores sell locally grown produce.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have one here, but I so wish we did!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have a local Farmer's Market as such, but there is a lot of produce you can buy at the weekend markets.
ReplyDeleteI love Farmer's Markets!
ReplyDeleteYes my town has A French Market on Saturday mornings and during the week the suburbs have the Farmers Market on Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteI have been to Farmers Markets
ReplyDeleteWe have lovely ones where I live... Here's one list of Baltimore's..

ReplyDeleteI haven't but I keep meaning to go!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been to a couple. One time we were at one and bee's were flying all over the place. I went and locked myself in the car...it was 80F.
ReplyDeleteI love Farmer's mkts; esp like to visit them when we are away.

I love farmers' markets and visit them when I get a chance.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy visiting farmers markets and buying their fresh produce.
ReplyDeleteI've only visited farmers' markets when I've been out of town...which is silly; I know we have some locally.
ReplyDeleteI use to visit them often when there was one fairly close to our home but they are further away now so not often enough.
